1995

In Lampa, the first Tecno Fast Atco plant is born.

1996

Tecno Fast manufactures its first industrialized construction project: the Doña Inés de Collahuasi hotel and mining camp, which housed more than a thousand workers.

1997

We received our first international award from the Modular Building Institute (MBI) for the Hotel del Inca project in Collahuasi.

1998

We opened our subsidiary in Peru, thus realizing our first international project.

1999

We obtained our first MBI award for the construction of the Minera Los Pelambres Hotel.

2000 - 2006

We completed the construction of notable projects such as Pelambres (2001), Minera Escondida (2002), and Spence (2005).

2007

We created the Rental unit in Chile, dedicated to the rental of spatial solutions.

2008 - 2009

We landed in Argentina and a year later, we built the Pascua Lama project.

2010

In Copiapó, we executed the Caserones project, where we implemented all our solutions (Hotel, Camp, Rental, and Assembly).

2011

We established Tecno Fast's presence in Colombia and Brazil, thus consolidating our international presence.

2013

Acquisition of ATCO's participation by Grupo Inder (holding controlled by brothers Luis, Bárbara, and Sebastián del Río) together with Cristián Goldberg Valenzuela and Cristián Concha Soffia.

2014

We created the Tecno Fast Home product line in Chile, focused on habitable capsules for the development of modular houses.

2015

We founded the Tecno Fast Village product line, an innovative hotel concept that today has two projects in Calama and Chillepín.

2016

Tecno Fast manufactured and assembled six buildings with more than 500 modular units and 8,000 m2 for Hospital del Salvador.

2017

Hospital Salvador – OUR FIRST HEALTHCARE SOLUTION

2018

Construction of the first six-story modular buildings for the Los Bronces project, the tallest wooden structures in South America.

2019

Our Lampa plant incorporates robotization and automation in construction and manufacturing processes.

Creation of Hotel VILLAGE CALAMA.

2020

We created the Tiny Cabin line, an innovative product where a tourism project can be expanded and the client's land can be monetized in a short time.

2021

Recognition as one of the Best Chilean Companies (measured by Deloitte along with Banco Santander and UAI). The purchase of Triumph, a leading company in modular solutions in New England, USA, is completed. We created the Industrial Assembly and Tecno Booking business units, the first software for managing mining camps and their work in real-time. We launched Tecno Kit, an innovative system of high-standard prefabricated panelized houses in self-construction mode.

2022

We acquired Alco Rental Service, a leader in the modular space business in Spain, thus adding 442 m² to our fleet and initiating our expansion in Europe.

2023

As part of our international expansion plan, we finalized the purchase of 85% of Balat, a Spanish modular construction company, increasing our fleet to 761 m². For the first time, we measured our carbon footprint and began our journey towards the goal of zero waste in our production processes. Construction of a new plant in Puerto Varas. We were awarded a tender to build more than 160 modular homes in the RM, with 103 properties in Renca and 60 in Lo Espejo.

2024

Tecno Fast Home seals an alliance with Iterrasur, becoming its official distributor in the RM, in addition to opening a new office in Vitacura. We incorporated a new temporary modular tent solution for sale and rental, Tent Solutions.

2025

Tecno Fast, a leading company in modular construction, celebrates 30 years of providing space solutions for living and working through innovation and design, building our history hand in hand with our collaborators throughout Chile and international subsidiaries with the aim of improving people's quality of life. We believe in the value of time, respect for the environment, and the importance of efficiency and quality.
